Before tactics, before tools, before the next campaign, there has to be a story worth telling. A clear mission. Values people actually live by. A point of view the market can feel. Without that, marketing is just noise dressed up in a template.
I've spent the last decade helping companies find the through line between what they say, what they sell, and what they stand for. Story shapes strategy. Strategy shapes systems. Systems shape culture. When those layers line up, marketing stops feeling like performance and starts feeling like purpose.
